Once your order is placed, your jewellery will be handmade within 5 business days.

All pieces are made to order and shipped with Australia Post from Perth, WA.

 

Standard without tracking (2-8 business days) - FREE

Standard with tracking - $6.00

Express with tracking (1-4 business days) - $10.00

 

RETURNS

As all pieces are made to order and may be personalised, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

If your item is faulty, please email ciao@roccella.net within 14 days of purchase. If deemed faulty, a replacement will be offered and returns postage will be reimbursed. In all other instances, returns postage will be at the buyer's expense. Responsibility can not be taken for items damaged or lost in transit.
